Duty Nights

All clubs are required to undertake one Duty Night at least during the Winter and Spring Leagues.  Duty consists of timing all the matches, collecting in the completed team sheets and ensuring that the venue is left clean and tidy at the end of the night.  The Duty Box with spare team sheets, timers and the bell is available from reception on request.

Timings:
Give a 2 minute and then a 30 second warnings to get teams on court.
1st Quarter - 12 minutes followed by a two minute break
2nd Quarter - 12 minutes followed by a three minute break
3rd Quarter - 12 minutes followed by a two minute break
4th Quarter - 12 minutes - followed by collection of team sheets

Umpires:
Umpires should be neutral for all games.  Where a clash occurs umpires must swap courts.

Please make a note on the sheets of umpires or teams who do not turn up or any issues.

Please ensure teams take away all their rubbish or place in the bins.
