Committee Meetings
The committee meets around once every half term. If you have any letters of correspondence or requests then please submit these in writing to the Secretary via e-mail prior to the dates below. Your matter will then be discussed by the committee and a decision made if necessary.
Annual General Meeting
TWCNA hold their Annual General Meeting in mid-July each year. Exact details, dates and times are posted on the TWCNA Facebook page and emailed to each Club Secretary 60 days in advance of the meeting date.
The AGM is usually held at Blue Flames Sporting Club.
All Clubs wishing to re-enter the Winter League must send two representatives to this meeting. Copies of the previous meeting minutes, agenda and reports for the meeting will be posted on this page in advance of the meeting.
In early June Clubs will be sent a link to the Entry Form for the Winter League which they will need to submit before the date of the AGM. This form will also be confirmation of your Club details for the coming season and will give consent for the information provided to be used by the County for the purposes stated.
The election of officers to the county committee and resolutions are also considered at the AGM. As per the constitution…. All nominations and proposals must be submitted by first claim affiliated clubs; middle or secondary schools and received by the County Secretary at least 30 days prior to the date of the Annual General Meeting.

Details of the meeting are posted on the TWCNA Facebook page in late November and entry forms sent to Clubs in early December.
