BBC North East Unsung Hero Award

Our very own Liz Wiz has won the BBC NE Unsung Hero Award for all her hard work that she puts into netball in the North East. Liz attended the awards ceremony in Sunderland on Wednesday 25th November 2015 and will now be attending the BBC Sports Personality Of The Year award on Sunday 20th December 2015 in Belfast where she is in with a shot at winning the national award!

​I'm sure you will all get behind Liz in wishing her the best of luck with this brilliant achievement! ​

Changes to Tyne and Wear Winter League Fixtures

Please note that the following Tyne and Wear Winter League matches have been rearranged as follows:
  • Jesmond B v Novos C (from 6th October), rearranged for Wednesday 13th January at 7.30.  Umpires to be provided by Riverside F & Sage (TBC)
  • Concordia A v Panthers A (from 26th November), rearranged for Monday 1st February at 6.30.  Umpires provided by Seatonians A and Newcastle City.
