Job Description (please also see job specification) England Netball has a performance pathway for talented athletes. The pathway is for talented players aged between 11 – 17 to be part of County and Satellite Academies to develop their technical and tactical skills with a view to moving through the Performance Pathway, regionally and hopefully nationally. Successful candidates are required to undergo an enhanced DBS check prior to coaching and they must have attended a Safeguarding Course in the last 2 years and provide evidence of this. Ages: U11s, U12s U14s and U16s Date: September - March Time: Sunday mornings Venue: Gateshead Stadium (indoors). Fee: Will be calculated once numbers are confirmed by estimated £10 - £12 per match Each age group will play approximately one Sunday a month and should get one/ two matches on the day, subject to confirmation of numbers of teams. Teams will provide their own umpires for the day. Umpires must be qualified to C award or above or currently being mentored towards a C award. Places will be given on a first come first serve basis so please e-mail [email protected] by Friday 24th June 2016 with your entries indicating how many teams and what age groups. |
