From this years Spring League 2016, all umpires are required to successfully complete the bleep test to a minimum level of 4.1.
The bleep test must be completed in the presence of a committee member prior to umpiring in any league game, please bare this in mind when teams are requesting umpires following the release of the spring fixtures.
Initial test dates are being held at Blue Flames on:
Further dates can/will be arranged for those required to retake the test in the event that they do not pass first time.
Please can you indicate to the officiating secretary which date you are going to attend.
